Role: Casting Produer & Creative Contributor

When SAP partnered with Kode With Klossy for a three-part video series, I took the lead on casting and served as a creative contributor to bring the project to life.

Managing relationships with over 5,000 scholars in our coding program gave me a unique vantage point to identify young women whose stories would resonate. For this series, I scouted young people from the Kode With Klossy community who were really excited to talk about the coding projects they were building and conducted pre-interviews to make sure this was an opportunity they were excited about.

From there, I helped SAP select the three scholars they connected most with, and stayed with those students throughout the entire production—making sure their visions were clearly communicated, and that they felt involved through post-production to the final project. The result was a highly produced series that authentically showcased the talent and drive of our Kode With Klossy community and how SAP was a piece of the puzzle building greater equity in STEM.
