Role: Casting Producer & Creative Contributor

For Kode with Klossy’s partnership with the Ad Council, I led casting and talent management for the campaign directed by Rachel Fleit, working alongside an external creative team to feature 16 Kode With Klossy scholars.

Drawing from our network of over 5,000 scholars, I identified young women whose stories aligned with the creative vision, conducted pre-interviews, and compiled their profiles for the team's review. Once we narrowed down our final 16, I managed all scholar communications and logistics—ensuring everyone felt prepared and confident throughout pre-production and filming.

Beyond casting, I served as a bridge between our scholars and the external team, supporting the creative back-and-forth to make sure the campaign authentically represented our community while meeting the Ad Council's objectives. The collaboration resulted in a campaign that showcased the breadth of talent within Kode With Klossy.
