Role: Casting Producer & Creative Contributor

For our partnership with Estée Lauder, I served as Casting Producer and Creative Contributor, working closely with their team to develop and execute the campaign.

I contributed to the creative development process, workshopping concepts and direction with the Estée Lauder team to ensure the campaign aligned with both brands' objectives. Once the creative framework was established, I led casting—identifying and selecting scholars from our 5,000+ community whose perspectives on technology, confidence, and self-expression matched the campaign's vision.

Throughout production, I managed all scholar relations and logistics, coordinating between talent and the production team to ensure smooth execution. The final campaign successfully positioned Kode With Klossy scholars at the intersection of beauty and technology, delivering on partnership goals while maintaining authenticity."
