“TYPEHOUSE” TIKTOK

Kode With Klossy posted our first TikTok in March 2020, and within six months, we'd grown to over 80,000 followers and 1.5 million likes. Our early momentum caught TikTok's attention, and I secured our selection into #LearnOnTikTok, TikTok’s education initiative that came with generous, unrestricted funding and elevated our visibility in the creator education space.
As part of the partnership, I built and managed a team of six scholars, who I paid with the grant funding, to meet our contractual deliverables while staying true to our brand voice. I oversaw content strategy, coordinated posting schedules, and ensured each piece of content fulfilled partnership requirements without sacrificing the authentic, community-driven approach that had fueled our rapid growth.
